Amestoy Estates is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Encino, and doubtlessly, the most prestigious Encino community north of Ventura Boulevard. Yes, you heard that correctly I said NORTH of Ventura Blvd and not SOUTH of Ventura Blvd. Typically in the San Fernando Valley, the most highly sought-after properties are located South of Ventura Boulevard, however, communities such as Amestoy Estates in Encino challenge that prevailing notion.
