Avanti
Avanti in Calabasas is a collection of 72 single-floor condominiums in seven buildings near the Commons at Calabasas. Avanti is close to the 101 Freeway, and also very close to Calabasas’ attractive and pleasant greenspace and Calabasas Lake. Each Avanti condo has its own floor, and residences on upper floors enjoy private elevator access.
Avanti is developed by The New Home Company, with architecture by Robert Hidey Architects (RHA). Mr. Hidey is noted for pioneering housing design and trends blending art, history, creativity, and technology. Existing oak trees and geographic features have been preserved in the construction and design of Avanti. Particular attention has been paid to kitchen design and amenities and master suite design. Homeowner’s association fees are approximately $653 a month. Secure access to each condominium is assured through garage podiums, private access lobbies, and elevators.
