Balboa Island
Balboa Island is one of Southern California’s most unique waterfront destinations to live and relax. Divided into Little Island, Main Island, and Collins Island, this one-of-a-kind residential neighborhood offers a small-town feel in the middle of scenic Newport Harbor. Balboa Island is accessible from Newport Beach via Marine Avenue and from the Balboa Peninsula via the Balboa Island Ferry. For boaters, there are also numerous private and public docks and moorings.
