Bowmont Estates
Sometimes referred to as “Beverly Hills Post Office,” Bowmont Estates is an exclusive gated community located in 90210 adjacent to Trousdale Estates and south of Mulholland Drive. The hilltop location offers incredible city views for the eight estate residences which are located behind the gracious iron gates. Homes began to be built in Bowmont Estates starting in the 1940s, but the older construction has given way to modern estate properties with exclusive amenities.
