Mandeville Canyon is a unique community centered around Brentwood’s longest, dead-end street. Mandeville Canyon Road runs approximately five miles from Sunset Boulevard in the south to just short of Mulholland Drive in the north. However, the two are not connected. The drive along Mandeville Canyon Road is marked by a 1,000-foot elevation gain, and a multitude of homes in the community take advantage of panoramic views. The scenic community is known for its desirable real estate and picturesque nature.
Mandeville Canyon real estate is split into Upper Mandeville and Lower Mandeville. Both neighborhoods offer a wide variety of homes built throughout the coveted canyon. Typically, Upper Mandeville homes tend to be relatively more affordable than other areas in Brentwood. The dead-end road ensures a sense of privacy and tranquility throughout both sections of the community.
Mandeville Canyon residents enjoy numerous community events throughout the year. Both the Mandeville Canyon Association and Upper Mandeville Canyon Association serve the neighborhood. The sought-after community is especially popular with outdoor enthusiasts. Numerous hiking and equestrian trails serpentine throughout the surrounding Canyonback Ridge and Westridge. These trails explore Upper Mandeville Canyon and San Vicente Mountain Park. Outside of the canyon, the neighborhood is a short drive away from the heart of Brentwood and Brentwood Country Club. The beach is also easily accessible.
