Le Parc (“the Park”) Condominiums are among the most sought-after condominiums in Century City for many reasons. Le Parc’s grounds are noted for their French-inspired beauty, with streams, ponds, and waterfalls. The gardens are full of vibrant colors at all times of the year and are maintained by a full-time crew of landscaping professionals. The architectural and landscaping style is inspired by French country villas, including mansard roofs and wrought-iron balustrades.

Built in 1979 by S. Jon Kreedman, the developer of Century Towers, Le Parc includes 176 condominiums located in 15 French Chateau-inspired buildings. Each of Le Parc’s buildings are three stories tall with a penthouse on the third floor. The complex is located on Empyrean Way between Avenue of the Stars and Century Park East and is adjacent to the Hillcrest Country Club. All of Le Parc’s homes have large windows and formal living rooms with fireplaces. They enjoy multiple access for outdoor living, including patios and atriums.

Le Parc’s amenities include a pool, spa, lighted tennis courts, a fitness and exercise center, secured parking, and 24-hour guard and gated security. Homeowners’ fees range between $1,900 and $2,500 a year. Condominium sizes range from 1 bedroom and 1,700 square feet to 3 bedrooms and 3,300 square feet. Many of the condos have been extensively remodeled, and Le Parc’s common areas including the clubhouse, have also been upgraded and remodeled. Le Parc is a desirable choice as a non-highrise development in the heart of Century City, within walking distance of Rodeo Drive and shopping and dining in both Beverly Hills and Century City.
