Century Hill is a park-like 20-acre condominium and townhome gated and guarded community which provides the feeling of small-town living in the heart of Century City. Built in 1980, the 280 townhomes and condos at Century Hill are a mixture of multi-story and single-story construction.
The community benefits from an owner’s association, and dues range between approximately $1,500 to $3,000 a year.
