Century Hill is a park-like 20-acre condominium and townhome gated and guarded community which provides the feeling of small-town living in the heart of Century City. Built in 1980, the 280 townhomes and condos at Century Hill are a mixture of multi-story and single-story construction.

The community benefits from an owner’s association, and dues range between approximately $1,500 to $3,000 a year. Century Hill has a full security staff, reception, entertainment and hosting areas, and catering facilities. Also on the grounds are a fitness center, five swimming pools, spas, and squash, racquetball, and tennis courts. The Association has completed many upgrades to the property. Floor plans are varied, ranging from 2 bedrooms and 1,961 square feet to more than 6,555 square feet. Residents also enjoy valet parking and 24-hour guarded and gated entry.

Century Hill is not a high-rise building, offering extensive landscaping with mature trees and walkable grounds and pools and other amenities designed for easy access to all homes in the property. The community encompasses addresses from 2100 to 2500 Century Hill and is located between Galaxy and Empyrean Way between Century Park East and Avenue of the Stars. Homes are located one block from Hillcrest Country Club, and one and a half blocks from the Westfield Century City shopping center. Homeowners at Century Hill may easily travel cross-town on Olympic or Pico Boulevards or enjoy quick access to the 405 Freeway.

Many Century Park homes have been extensively remodeled and include fireplaces, chef’s kitchens, vaulted ceilings, atriums, and patios which welcome guests for entertaining. Properties have garages with direct unit access. Century Hill’s varied floor plans and construction and extensive, meticulously maintained landscaping provides an estate-like feeling to owners and visitors alike.
