Chatelaine was built in 2004 and is located along the beach side of Playa Vista. Chatelaine is a full-service condominium building with 45 units located on four floors that include one and two-story homes. Two bedroom Chatelaine condos range from 1,593 to 2,883 square feet, and 3 bedrooms from 2,140 to 2,618 square feet. On-site amenities include security, concierge, business center, club room, conference room and theater, private pool, park, and spa. Playa Vista Parks & Landscaping HOA and Chatelaine have combined dues that total between $650 and $950 a month. Playa Vista is minutes from the beach in Venice and Playa del Rey, nightlife and dining in Santa Monica and the Marina. Playa Vista overlooks the beautiful Ballona Wetlands, which are a preserved wildlife refuge where you can ride your bike or jog past beautiful sea birds and brightly-colored visiting seasonal birds like cardinals enjoying the water and greenery.
