Eagle Ridge sits in the rolling hills of the Santa Monica Mountains in the highly desirable Lang Ranch area of Thousand Oaks. One of the most popular neighborhoods in the vicinity, Eagle Ridge offers a true community feel. Eagle Ridge was built by two separate builders and is divided into the sections of Eagleridge and Bellagio Homes. Both sections contain newer residences built between the late 1990s and early 2000s. There are approximately 18 floor plans available, which feature between about 1,800 square feet and 2,930 square feet of interior living space. Most of these comfortable homes offer three to five bedrooms and two- to three-car garages. The newer construction affords large living rooms, open floor plans, and high ceilings. Many Eagle Ridge homes also showcase beautiful mountain views. This gated neighborhood is known for having comparatively more space between the approximately 400 homes.
Eagle Ridge and Bellagio homeowners pay a monthly HOA fee of between $100 and $150. This fee covers security, maintenance, and other amenities. These amenities include a beautiful community pool, spa, and playground. Eagle Ridge is also located near many popular trail heads. The convenient Autumn Ridge Trail leads to the Woodridge Loop Trail, which then winds around scenic Bard Lake. Lang Ranch Neighborhood Park is also nearby and offers a playground, an open field, and basketball courts. Shopping and dining are located just down the street, and for commuters, Eagle Ridge is located just four miles north of the Ventura Freeway and less than two miles east of the Moorpark Freeway.
