Located between Pepperdine University’s campus and landmark landscaped Alumni Park and the Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu Country Estates is a non-gated development of view homes which overlook the Pacific ocean. Homes are located on spacious lots on cul-de-sac streets which intersect Malibu Country Drive including Blue Dane Drive and Vantage Point Terrace. The development was initially a project of ALCOA corporation.
Approximately 107 homes are located in the community, which is served by the Malibu Country Estates Homeowners Association. Association dues are a modest $250 per lot (not residence). The Association has installed surveillance cameras, conducts advocacy for the neighborhood with local and state officials, works with Pepperdine University, and maintains CC&Rs, parking rules, and advocates for view protection for homeowners.
