Paradise Cove is located between Escondido Beach and Little Dume Beach and offers some of the best views of the Pacific and Point Dume of any Malibu Beach area. Ramirez Canyon Creek runs through the Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park, which has been called one of the world’s “most exclusive trailer parks.”
On the east side of Pacific Coast Highway are Paradise View Estates, a gated community of 18 exclusive luxury estates which have spectacular views of the Santa Monica Mountains and Pacific ocean. The homes were built along Ramirez Mesa Road in the 1990s and the development permits equestrian use and vineyards, along with strict landscaping standards. The community association dues are $350 a month, which allow gated entry.
One of the exclusive homes in Paradise View Estates is a 7,500 square foot Mediterranean estate built by the Disney family now owned by San Francisco-area art collectors and investors Terrence Tallen and Mary Anne Keshen. Paradise View Estate homes include extensively landscaped properties with pools, spas, and often orchards, vineyards, and organic gardens. The majority of homes in Paradise View Estates are Mediterranean-style.
Another resident of Paradise View Estates is Real Housewife of Beverly Hills’ Camille Grammer, who bought her 6,000 square foot estate in 2015. The homes in Paradise View Estates start at $3 million. Although the community is not guarded, Paradise View Estates offer privacy and the opportunity for ample property and amenities in Malibu’s beautiful climate, with miles of ocean views.
