Pelican Ridge Estates is a stunning gated community with a 24-hour guard that is located in Newport Beach and is part of the Pelican Hill group of neighborhoods. This is a highly sought after community that boasts large, luxury homes that range in size from 4,500 to 7,000 square feet. Construction in Pelican Ridge Estates first began in 1992, making it one of the newest of the communities to be developed by the Irvine Company.
