Ocean Ridge Estates
Located in the San Joaquin Hills above Newport Coast, Ocean Ridge Estates are a small gated development built in the late 1990s as part of Pelican Ridge. The 24-hour guard gated community overlooks the Pelican Hill Resort as well as Crystal Cove State Park, which includes beaches and an underwater snorkeling preserve offshore.
Homes in Ocean Ridge Estates are custom/estate homes that range from approximately 4,000 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet and are primarily Mediterranean and Spanish Revival in style. Owners may elect membership in The Pointe Association as well as Pelican Ridge Estates. Association benefits include a picnic area, tennis courts, a pool, playground, and biking and hiking trails.
