Ocean Park

Ocean Park is a quintessential beachfront community in Santa Monica. Bordering the neighborhood of Venice Beach to the south, Ocean Park exudes a similar laid-back and artsy vibe. Residents are drawn to the relaxed community because of its proximity to the beach and diverse real estate options. The area is popular with families and those looking for eclectic oceanfront living in Santa Monica.

Located south of Pico Boulevard and between the ocean and Lincoln Boulevard, Ocean Park occupies the southwestern corner of Santa Monica. Ocean Park real estate ranges from charming beach bungalows to spacious modern estates. The area also offers boutique-style condominiums all the way up to luxury high-rise condos located directly on the sand. All Ocean Park homes are within reasonable walking distance to the beach.

Ocean Park hosts numerous parks. Los Amigos Park consists of three acres of various sports courts, a soccer field, and a playground. Ocean View Park, a popular beachfront retreat, offers sports courts and plenty of green space. Ocean Park’s Main Street district offers a multitude of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and art galleries. It also hosts a weekly farmers’ market each Sunday. Plus, all the other attractions of Santa Monica and Venice are a short drive away.
