The Silver Triangle neighborhood in Venice is one of the most desirable in the area thanks to the charming beach bungalows and wealth of surrounding entertainment options. Located east of the Venice Canals and north of popular Washington Boulevard, this captivating community offers the very best of the laid-back, eclectic vibe that has made Venice one of LA’s most popular beachfront communities.

Silver Triangle was first developed in the 1940s and 1950s. Many of the original homes still stand, along with newly constructed architectural masterpieces. While Silver Triangle is largely known for the aforementioned two- to three-bedroom bungalows, but there are townhomes and condos located in the neighborhood. The lots are relatively small, but many Silver Triangle homes do have small yards. Plus, some Silver Triangle real estate is located along coveted “walk streets“. The restored and rebuilt homes often boast rooftop terraces, providing bird’s-eye views of the neighborhood.

Other than the desirable real estate offerings, Silver Triangle is popular because of the abundant surrounding activities. Washington Boulevard is lined with shops, restaurants, outdoor cafes, hotels, and bars, while Abbot Kinney Boulevard is one of LA’s trendiest shopping and dining destinations. Venice’s world-famous beach and boardwalk are also within easy walking distance from the neighborhood.
