Studio City is the location of CBS Studio Center, the original “Brady Bunch” house from the famed television show, and is also the first master-planned housing development in Los Angeles. The “Brady Bunch” house isn’t located in Studio City’s Triangle neighborhood, also known as the “Silver Triangle,” but it is nearby. The Silver Triangle is a charming neighborhood of primarily two-bedroom mid-century homes located north of The Donas and Fryman Canyon. Bounded by Laurel Terrace Drive on the south and Laurel Canyon Drive to the west, and Ventura Blvd. to the north, streets in the Triangle include Cantura, Hillslope, and Laurelgrove.

Many of the homes in the Silver Triangle are bungalows built between the 1920s and 1930s. Charming home styles include Spanish Revival and California Bungalow. Some of the homes are as small as one bedroom and one bath, but the majority have three to four bedrooms and two to three baths. You will also find larger traditional homes and new construction in Mediterranean or Tuscan styles with up to five and six bedrooms and 4 to 5 baths and executive amenities including swimming pools, spas, home offices, and guest quarters.

In addition to accessibility to CBS and other entertainment industry hubs and the vibrant dining and shopping scene on Ventura Blvd., the Silver Triangle is also located in the coveted Carpenter Community Charter School District. Carpenter Community Charter School is ranked 10 out of 10 by GreatSchools.net. The elementary school has a 92 out of 100 average on City-data.com rankings and is #1 out of LAUSD’s 71 elementary schools in the Academic Performance Index.

You may also find some condominiums in the Silver Triangle with secured parking and additional amenities. A number of the homes in the Silver Triangle have been updated with extensive contemporary features and interior design upgrades. You will find some beautifully landscaped homes in the neighborhood and fall in love with its walkable streets which are so close to the Boulevard as well as natural areas and preserved open space.
