Located on the western end of the Wilshire Corridor the Carlyle Residences Westwood is a 24-story elite condominium complex completed in 2008. The Carlyle was developed by the El-Ad Group, with interior and exterior design offered through a collaboration of Fendi Casa and the designers of the New York Plaza Hotel. The result is a sophisticated blending of elite design influences which provides a West Coast ambiance of gracious luxury.

Widely recognized as one of Los Angeles’ top condominium buildings, the Carlyle Residences feature many amenities. From 24-hour white-glove concierge services to private-foyer elevators for all of the building’s 78 units, the Carlyle has among the most luxurious and complete suite of services on the Wilshire Corridor. The building’s fitness center was designed by Sports Club/LA. The immersion pool is fully climate-controlled, and the outdoor gardens are impeccably maintained and include private seating areas with outdoor fireplaces.

Like other prestige, luxury residences on the Wilshire Corridor, the Carlyle offers residents a climate-controlled wine cellar with their own lockers. Interior and exterior lobbies and common areas including the clubroom and lobby are furnished by Fendi Casa. The Carlyle also offers personal valet parking and 24-hour doorman, security and privacy services.

Units in the Carlyle range from 2,700 to 3,500 square feet, and two- to three-bedrooms. Homeowners’ Association fees range from approximately $3,000 to $4,000. The Carlyle emphasizes security, convenience, and privacy for residents. A number of residences in the Carlyle include separate guest suites or maid suites which have their own entrances and assigned parking.

Living at the Carlyle, you are within minutes of the beach at Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and other Westside shopping, and many of Los Angeles’ premier dining and cultural attractions. The building offers striking views of the Hollywood Hills, and from the upper floors, the Pacific ocean.
