    Calabasas Park Estates is a gated community in Calabasas. In the city of Calabasas, it is south of the local country club, the Calabasas Country Club. Many of the homes in the community have excellent views of the country club as well as the canyon that is right by the community. In comparison with some of the other communities in the area, this is one of the larger ones. It consists of approximately 427 homes in total, including those in Stokes Canyon and Saddlepeak Estates.

    Residents of the community pay a monthly HOA fee that can range anywhere between $150 and $350.  With this residents of the Calabasas Park Estates 24 hour guard gated community have access to some excellent amenities.

The homes can range in size depending on the layout. They can be found anywhere from 1,800 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet. Many of the homes feature a California type of design and it is not uncommon to find gorgeous outdoor entertaining spaces. Many having their own swimming pools or personal spas. The cost of these homes varies typically anywhere between $1 million and $7 million.

    Along with all of these other benefits of living in this community are the access to local schools and other amenities beyond the community. The school district that serves Calabasas Park Estates is the Las Virgenes Unified School District which is highly ranked and includes some of the highest rated schools in the state. The schools that directly serve this community include Bay Laurel Elementary School, Arthur E. Wright Middle School, and Calabasas High School. These highly ranked schools are just another reason why people with school age children want to live in the area. Other nearby amenities include access to some of the local parks, other beach areas, and even some local city programs. Altogether, this makes it a great luxury community from a growing family.
